Terms & Conditions
The basic terms that govern use of Heartfelt Pages.
Last updated: March 10, 2026. These terms explain how the service can be used, how plans work, and the responsibilities tied to accounts and customer content.
Terms & Conditions
1. Use of the service
Heartfelt Pages provides tools for creating, hosting, and sharing personalised pages. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to upload or publish content that infringes rights, breaks the law, or harms others.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that takes place under it. Please keep your login details confidential.
3. Plans, pricing, and payments
Some features are free and others require payment. Pricing, product scope, and feature availability may change over time. Paid purchases are processed through third-party payment providers.
4. Customer content
You retain responsibility for the content you submit, including text, photos, music links, and custom URLs. By using the service, you give us the rights needed to host, display, and process that content to operate the platform.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service when necessary. We aim to keep Heartfelt Pages available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
6. Page expiry and hosting
Basic and Premium plans may have different hosting periods and feature sets. Any expiry windows, extensions, or lifetime hosting promises are subject to the plan details shown at the time of purchase.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heartfelt Pages is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, delays, outages, third-party failures, or customer content.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform or breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or to support@heartfeltpages.co.uk.
