Cookie Policy

A simple explanation of how cookies are used on Heartfelt Pages.

Last updated: March 10, 2026. This page explains the essential cookies used for authentication and service operation, plus possible cookie usage during Stripe-hosted checkout.

Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember session information and keep core parts of a service working properly.

2. Cookies we use

Heartfelt Pages currently uses cookies that are necessary for core service functions, including authentication, session handling, and secure access to account features.

3. Authentication and account sessions

When you sign in or use account-protected parts of the site, session cookies may be used to keep you authenticated as you move between pages and requests.

4. Payments and third parties

When you are redirected to Stripe Checkout or interact with payment-related flows, Stripe may place cookies or similar technologies on its own pages to support payment processing, fraud prevention, and security.

5. Analytics and advertising

As of March 10, 2026, Heartfelt Pages does not currently use advertising cookies or a separate analytics platform in this codebase. If that changes, this policy should be updated.

6. Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies through browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in and other account features from working correctly.

7. Contact

If you have questions about cookie usage on Heartfelt Pages, contact us through the contact page or at support@heartfeltpages.co.uk.
